Our shipping policy explains the various shipping options we offer when you purchase goods from our site, including the cost and expected delivery time frames of these options. 

WHERE WE SHIP GOODS 
If you are a consumer, we are currently only able to ship orders to UK addresses.  

If you are a business, we may at our discretion agree to provide our goods to you at an address outside the UK. To request this, please contact us directly by phone on +44 (0)1923 549090 or by email on sales@suffusion.co.uk. Please do not attempt to place your order via the shop basket, as this only allows you to select United Kingdom as your destination country. 

WHEN WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER 

Orders are despatched from our UK warehouse, Monday to Friday. Usually we will send your goods within two working days of receiving your order. If this is likely to be longer, we will contact you to let you know. The time it takes for your items to reach you depends on the shipping service you choose when you check out. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS 
 
When you check out, you have the option to choose which delivery option you would like. Prices are shown in the Shipping Costs section below and are calculated according to the weight of your order and the priority you choose. Please note timescales quoted are from the point we despatch your items, not from when you place your order. 

We use several reputable couriers for shipment, including DHL, Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. 

Once we have despatched your goods, you will receive an email telling you your order is on its way and providing you with a tracking number. 

NEXT-DAY AND EXPRESS DELIVERY 

We are able to offer next-day and express delivery on a range of the items we sell. Products that are eligible for this delivery service will state this on the product page.  

Orders placed requesting either of these services must be received by 12.00 noon to be despatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next working day, which may be after a weekend or bank holiday. 

While many of the shipping partners we use may be able to attempt delivery on a weekend, please be aware that orders despatched on a next day service on a Friday may not be received until the following Monday. Similarly, although we use reputable couriers who will make every effort to meet delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee that items will be received on a specific day or within a specific timeframe.

PO BOXES 

We are only able to post items to physical addresses for posting. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER OR PART OF AN ORDER 

If you inform us you wish to cancel your order or part of your order and we have not already shipped the goods, we will cancel the order and refund you any amount that you have paid (or not take payment if we have not yet processed the payment when you cancel). 

If we have already shipped your goods, you can still choose to cancel part or all of your order and return the unwanted items to us to get a refund. Our Cancellation Policy [link] explains how to return items to us. 

MAKING AMENDMENTS TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS 

If you have made an error in entering your shipping address, or need us to send your items to a different address to the one you gave us, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order by calling +44 (0)1923 549090 or emailing sales@suffusion.co.uk with the subject line ‘Change to Shipping Address’.  

If we have not already despatched your goods, we will endeavour to make the changes you request to your shipping address. 

If the changes you request mean that the cost of shipping alters we will a) require you to pay any difference if the cost increases or b) will refund you any difference if the price decreases. We will let you know before we charge you for any additional costs. 

If we have already despatched your order, we will not be able to make any change to your delivery address. If you have provided inaccurate or incomplete address information we may not be liable to refund you if you do not receive your order. 

UNDELIVERED OR MISSING PARCELS 

If, once we have contacted you to tell you we have despatched your order, you have not received your goods in a reasonable time frame for the delivery service you chose, please in the first instance use the tracking information to try to find out where your parcel is. 

If you are unable to find out where it is, or your parcel still does not arrive, please contact us so that we can investigate and arrange either to send replacement items or to refund your order. 

Where the courier’s tracking information shows a delivery has been made and a proof of delivery (POD) with signature of consignee is available from the courier, but you have not received the parcel physically, please contact us so that we can raise an investigation into the missing parcel.
